找到php.ini，安裝「Appserv」時，php.ini在「C:\WINDOWS」內。
找到「magic_quotes_gpc」修改成「magic_quotes_gpc = Off」
當php.ini的magic_quote_gpc設為On，所有GET、POST、COOKIE的資料都會自動的把單引號( ' )、雙引號( " )、反斜線( \ )及NULL加上一個反斜線
記得要動新啟動伺服器哦。

當網頁執行時經常出現以上情形時，可修改 php.ini 內的設定。 (php.ini 位於 C:\WINDOWS下)
在Appserv 2.5.7 中 output_buffering 預設是被設成 Off 的，如下說明：
output_buffering = Off
解決方法 : 將 output_buffering 的值設成4096或以上然後重新啟動Apache即可解決問題
☆header 在送出之前不能用任何內容輸出，可能會造成問題

2010年4月14日-後來發現網頁用記事本編輯後，也會出現上面的問題，這部份就沒辦法用上面的方法解決。
所以請下載Notepad++中文版：http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=95717&package_id=102072
用Notepad++開啟網頁後，上面的「編碼→編譯成UTF-8碼(檔頁無BOM)」，再存檔，就可以解決這個問題了。
1.下載網址：http://ckeditor.com/，按「Free downlaod」
2.按下圖的「Download zip」存到網站內，並解壓縮
3.輸入網址 http://localhost/tiny/fckeditor/_samples/default.html ，tiny是你的網站資料夾，上面選「Sample 02 : Replacement of a TEXTAREA」
4.在下面頁框右鍵>>檢視原始檔，選取如下圖位置，編輯>>複製，到Dreamweaver，貼到</head>的上面
5.「<script type="text/javascript" src="../../fckeditor.js"></script>」改為正確的相對路徑。
「var sBasePath = document.location.href.substring(0,document.location.href.lastIndexOf('_samples')) ;」
更改為「var sBasePath = "/tiny/fckeditor/" ;」
tiny是網站資料夾，我的網站是放在「http://localhost/tiny/」。
「var oFCKeditor = new FCKeditor( 'FCKeditor1' ) ;」
更改為「var oFCKeditor = new FCKeditor( 'textarea' ) ;」
「textarea」是區域文字的名稱。
6.預覽後就可以看了。
7.讓圖片可以上傳：修改「fckeditor\editor\filemanager\connectors\php\config.php」，「tiny」是網站資料夾，「pic」是我要上傳的資料夾，最後一行是網站的直實路徑。
8.按「
」就可以上傳圖片了

1.按「Download TinyMCE」
2.按下圖的「tinymce_3_2_7.zip」後面的數字是版本代號
3.出現下圖，一般會自動下載，如果沒有下載，請按「direct link」
3.儲存到網站內
4.到網站的資料夾解壓縮檔案
5.按TinyMCE網站的「Examples」
6.下面有一些範本，可以選「Example 17」來修改成你要的。
7.點上面的「View Source」，點「copy to clipboard」把語法複製到剪貼簿。
8.到Dreamweaver，貼到</head>的上面，並把下圖反白部份刪除，這是表單的文字區域語法。
9.請修改下面的路徑到正確的位置。
10.先到Dreamweaver，插入>>表單>>文字區域>>確定
11.按「是」新增表單
12.儲存>>預覽，就可以看到結果了

1.先下載http://www.apachefriends.org/zh_tw/xampp.html你可以下載ZIP版本，解壓縮就可以用了。解壓縮時請注意，最好放在根目錄，例如：C:\，資料夾名稱不要改，會不能用。
2.解壓縮後，請執行「xampp_start.exe」，會出現一個視窗，一下子就會不見。
3.請執行「xampp-control.exe」，會出現下圖，Apache及MySql有Running。就成功了。
4.上網，網址輸入：http://localhost，會看到下圖。
一般Linux的網站，在上傳中文檔案時會亂碼，可以使用「FileZillaPortable」，使用「UTF-8」編碼上傳，就不會亂碼了。
1.執行「FileZillaPortable」
2.按左上角按鈕：新增站台
3.按「新增站台」
4.設定主機、登入型式、使用者(帳號)、密碼
5.上面標籤「字碼集」，選「強制使用UTF-8」，按「確認」
6.以後要連線，只要按左上角按鈕→新站台，就可以連線，而且中文不會亂碼。

1.網站->新增網站->你要將網站命名為什麼：自行命名->您的網站HTTP網址(URL)為何？不用填，因為網站還不知道要放在那裡。下一步。
2.選「是，我要使用伺服器技術」->哪種伺服器技術？PHP MySQL，下一步。
3.選「在本機編輯和測試(這台電腦就是我的測試伺服器」，您要將檔案放在電腦上的什麼地方？C:\AppServ\www\guest，在C:\AppServ\www建一個資料夾「guest」，下一步。
4.你要使用什麼URL瀏覽到網站根目錄？http://localhost/guest，後面的「guest」要跟剛才建立的資料夾相同哦，下一步。
5.出現下面畫面，不要管它，按「確定」。
6.選「否」，我還不要上傳到遠端網站，下一步。
7.看到下面畫面，按「完成」
就可以使用PHP+MySQL寫網站了。
Appserv網站伺器的下載及安裝設定：
1.下面網址可以下載，不要下載最新的，比較會有問題，存在「我的文件」。

2.在下載的檔案上點二下左鍵。
3.出現下圖，按「Next >」
4.出現下圖，授權說明，按「I Agree」
5.出現下圖，伺服器軟體要放的位置，通常不改，放在「C:\AppServ」，按「Next >」
6.選擇你要安裝的項目，通常會全部安裝，按「Next >」
7.Server Name輸入「localhost」，Administrator's Email Address輸入你的電子郵件位置，按「Next >」
8.Enter root password：輸入你的MySQL管理密碼 Re-Enter root password：密碼再輸入一次，要跟上面的Enter root password一樣哦。 Charatcter Sets and Collations：這是你的網站的編碼方式，本來應該要使用「Big-5」，但是因為有很多人的網站會使用多國語文，建議用「UTF-8 Unicode」。按「Install」
9.Start Apache、Start MySQL都要勾選，按「Finish」
10.安裝後，可以上網，在網址輸入「localhost」或「127.0.0.1」測試Apache有沒有成功，看到下面的畫面，代表成功。
Dreamweaver連線資料庫時，輸入的中文會變亂碼嗎？
這是因為網頁編碼與MySQL的編碼不同，所以可以在網站內的 Connections 資料夾內有一個檔案，請在最後一行的 ?> 上面加上一行。
